To arrange a special group visit for parties of 10 or more, please complete the form below. The group visit request form is only a request and does not guarantee that your requested visit date or time is available.

If you have questions about your reservation, email grouptours@vcu.edu. Please note that group tour reservations are not finalized until you have received a confirmation email. The VCU Welcome Center is able to accommodate groups of up to 50 people, including chaperones.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate group visits during the high school spring break periods due to an increased volume of visitors. Please make a group reservation to have your students visit with us before or after the spring break period.

Note: Group tours must be requested at least 30 days in advance in order to allow sufficient time for arrangements to be made and requests can be made no more than six months in advance.
